Well this is Katie posting for the first time, as you probably can tell! I don't know how to get the text in the right spot so I will just go from here. Things are going great here and we are staying busy with Christopher, school and fun times with family! Christopher is now two months old and we can't believe how time flies. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital. He is doing very well and we are slowly getting the hang of parenthood! He has started smiling and "talking" and we can't get enough of it. These pictures are some from a couple weeks after he was born but I just love them so much. He is one handsome dude! He sure has filled out since then.

This next set of pictures are of our outing to the zoo with Derek, Nikki and Michael. We spent the weekend in Bountiful while my parents were out of town, so we threw a bumpin' party and played rockband into the wee hours. Good times and if you want to check out some of the live action see Kurt's video on facebook. Who knew that I had married such a smokin' hot rockstar!!! The next day it was a beautiful spring day so we decided to go to the Hogle Zoo!! It was such a blast and Christopher would have loved seeing the animals if he just could have stayed awake. We all had a blast and after a fun filled afternoon we headed to the Blue Iguana to dine on the largest burritoes known to man and they sure were delicious. The only tragedy was leaving the leftovers at my parents house! It was one fun weekend and we can't wait for our next trip to the zoo!
