The Greatest piece of Americana in Boston: Fenway Park

Awe inspiring... and the field is nice too. (wink wink)

Here's the press box.

Later we went on a Whale watching expedition off of Long Wharf. We first cruised 1.5 hours of out the city and then...

Is there a marine biologist around?

Here's where we started the "Freedom Trail"; there was also a Tibetan Festival going on.

The trail takes you through all of the historic sites.

This is a great park that we'll get to later.

Here's where Herbie Hancock is buried.

Here's where Paul Revere is buried. Note the crazy lady giving the tour.

The Quincy Market is way fun! Tons of people and lots of food.

Here's where the lanterns where hung that signaled, "the British are coming."

Katie kissing a fish. Guess I'm not good enough.

This is the memorial for the Battle at Bunker Hill (even though the battle was actually fought at Bree's hill and we didn't even win)

This is what happens when you don't get enough rest because of the NBA finals games that start at 10:30pm eastern time.

Next, we actually climbed up the monument. And..

.. Here's the view.

A&S in front of the The AD Arena where the Celtics play. Go Ainge!

Naked Lay-up Dude in front of the Prudential Tower.

Up 52 Stories, we had an awesome view of Boston. You get these cool little hand-held self-guided tour things also.

Here's the tower we were in.

Similar to "Temple Square".

Harlem!

Word. This passed weekend we visited upper Manhattan and found ourselves in down town Harlem! Ironically, Katie and I wore white shirts, so along with our blonde hair, we really really stood out.

The famed Apollo Theater where many a great performer has, well, performed

The House of Hoops - the Mecca of all NBA worshipers. Here and only here can you purchase designer shoes worn on the court by some of the best NBA players. I actually got to touch a pair of designer Steve Nash shoes. ecstasy

We actually managed to pull Steve's drooling face away from the D-Will shoes long enough to take a picture.

Next we made our way up to visit The Cloisters - an old castle that was imported to NY.

Harlem is commonly referred to as "Spanish-Harlem" for a good reason. It's like a mini DR. I was privilaged to find an exquisite Pan de Guayava.

Green Day

This are some pics from this last weekend. Enjoy

On Friday we decided to cut my hair. We borrowed Steve's clippers and went to town!

Next we went to the Summit Green Fair. It was a big to do about being environmental and all that stuff. Personally I think its just trendy and cool to be "green." This too shall pass.

This was a pretty sweet little green car from the Green Apple Cleaners.

We were then privileged to paint some leaves that were going to be placed on a Green tree.

This lady helped us paint our leaves. She was an Italian that came to the US to pursue and acting career. She likes puppets and instruments.

Here's the sick leaf I made. And you will probably notice the nice buzz. This too will pass

I want that guy's shirt that says "Save the Humans"

Wannabe Feign Jhonda.

Kurt's 23

I guess that could mean "Kurt is 23" or the possesive form abreviation for "Kurt's 23rd birthday"

Doing a little gift unwrapping

iPod Nano!!!

Out to dinner at California Pizza Kitchen. BBQ chicken pizza, ahhhh....

Katie made this amazing Mint Chocolate Chip Oreo Ice Cream Cake. It was truly amazing. truly

This was a subliminal message Katie was sending me. No, I am not just a one year old.
