Boston in the Fall 2010

Hello everyone! Sorry for taking so long to post since August. The leaves have changed and we have enjoyed watching seasons shift gear into winter mode. The only bummer is that it gets dark so early. The pictures are a bit out of order but oh well... hope you enjoy!!!

Chris at a pumpkin patch. Pumpkins, or "puntins" as he calls them, are his favorite.

Here we are at the Old North Bridge where the battle of Lexington and Concord took place.

Greg & Janene came out for a visit. At the pumpkin patch.

Chris helped us make some goodies. Here he is contemplating if it is worth it for him to eat even more frosting after stuffing himself full.

Visiting a horse at a farm in New Hampshire.

Making jackolanterns for Halloween.
Finished product.
Hooray! I've successfully passed on the Kermit genes.

Chris really enjoyed feeding Katie ice-cream at Rancatore's in Belmont.

We visited the Honk Festival 2010, which involves yuppie activists. It was awesome.

Chris was a little afraid of the drum man.

Visiting an apple orchard. Chris loves apples.

The east coast farms make the best Apple Cider Donuts. Delish.

"Leaf peeping" up in Maine.

At the Mt. Auburn cemetery. Great view of Boston.

Chris loved the beach at the cape.

Inevitably he jumped in the ocean.

We were then favored with a visit from Annie & Claire.

We visited the Plymouth Rock museum, which had live actors. Scary cow boat.

Katie & Co. at the aquarium. Chris was trilled to see (obese) Crush and Nemo.

More leaf peeping.

Halloween 2010.

That's all for now. We're pretty sure that our boy #2 will be arriving any minute now, even though the official date is Dec. 10. We'll keep you posted!!! Again, if anyone has an inclination to visit Boston for your 1st or 50th time, let us know cause we'd love to have you!
